Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Keepflow platform. By using Keepflow, you agree to them. We wrote them in plain language, but they are a legal agreement.
The service
Keepflow is a platform that helps businesses factor unpaid invoices by matching them with offers from third-party funding partners. Keepflow is not a lender, a factor, or a financial advisor. Funding partners, not Keepflow, provide any advance or factoring facility. Offers shown on Keepflow come from those partners, and any factoring agreement you accept is between you and the partner.
Eligibility
Keepflow is intended for businesses seeking to factor B2B invoices. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business and to submit the invoices you present for factoring.
Offers and fees
We do not guarantee that any invoice will receive an offer, or that you will be funded. Fees, advance rates, and terms are set by the funding partner behind each offer and shown to you before you accept. Review each offer carefully. Keepflow does not charge you to receive offers; any cost is determined by the partner whose offer you accept.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only invoices you are entitled to factor, and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice and customer data you submit.
Limitation of liability
Keepflow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepflow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or for the actions or inactions of any funding partner. Factoring transactions are between you and the partner.
