KEEPFLOW LLC ("Keepflow," "we," "us") built the Keepflow platform as a B2B invoice factoring service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed it to be read, not skipped.

Invoice and business data you submit or sync to factor invoices, including customer names, invoice amounts, and due dates. Usage data such as how you interact with the platform. We do not collect more than we need to operate the service.
How we use your data
To operate Keepflow, present your invoices to funding partners in our network so they can make offers, show you those offers, and provide cash flow insights. To communicate with you about your account and the service. To secure and improve the platform.
Who we share it with
We share invoice details with funding partners only as needed to present offers and complete a factoring transaction you initiate. We never sell your data. We do not share your information for advertising. Service providers who help us operate the platform process data under strict contractual obligations.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We follow enterprise-grade security practices from day one. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care as our own.
Your choices
You can disconnect accounting integrations at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can stop receiving non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe link in any email.
